Rick Byrd brings more than 20 years of design-build experience to each remodeling project, combining formal architectural design training from the Maryland Institute College of Art with the hands-on craftsmanship he developed through an early apprenticeship with a skilled builder. As Owner and Principal Designer, Rick has built a reputation for leading projects with vision, precision, and clear communication, guiding clients from initial concept through finished construction with confidence and care.
Working alongside trusted architects, designers, engineers, and builders, Rick creates a refined remodeling experience rooted in quality materials, thoughtful planning, and a deep understanding of how each client wants to live in their home.
