Rick’s vision to create a community framed around elegant home design was inculcated during his studies at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). The convergence of MICA’s Architectural Design program and an apprenticeship with a skilled craftsman in 2001 lead to the materialization of the foundations that Rick had dreamed. 20 years later, Rick’s vision has been brought to fruition through dedication, communication, and persistence. Collaborating with local industry leading architects, designers, engineers, and builders; Rick has created a design & build experience that utilizes the highest quality skill and materials, incorporated with compassion and understanding of your own project dreams.
